These days work-life balance seems like an impossible feat, as we are mostly working from home. There seems to be an overlapping boundary between our work and life with continuous video calls, emails at erratic hours and demanding clients, to say the least.

A good work-life balance has numerous positive effects, like being motivated to work more, increased creativity and ultimately better productivity.

She has worked in the Events & Hospitality Industry for 5 years and then she decided to pursue her passion and calling in helping people to identify and achieve their goals. She works with Educational Institutes to introduce a healthy understanding of life skills in the lives of their students, early on. Her main focus is on coaching young professionals and teams to help them develop into effective leaders by engaging in personal and professional development.
