Her current stint is providing nutrition counseling to adults and children of all ages in a private practice setting.

Determined not to approach her second shot at life complacently, she got off the operating table, and into her kitchen to find ways to rise above her condition. Today, she is a famed food blogger and a social media star, with people lauding her bravery for staying committed to her passion. 

    All her food comes with a purpose, and a backstory. From East Indian bottle masala chicken to fried eggplant, dragons-breath baked chicken and even chutney yams, Natasha cooks easy-to-make food.
